Indeed, despite the technological advancement of blockchain projects, including TON, many Russian-speaking users and investors have questions about the team's communication.

The main problems you mentioned are that
support responds slowly or formally, as if there is no interest in the Russian–speaking audience.

Decision volatility – a team can dramatically change policy, which creates distrust.

Russian russians have a feeling that the founders (including Pavel Durov) are distancing themselves from their Russian roots, although a significant part of the community and developers are from the CIS.

Why can this be?
Geopolitics – TON positions itself as a global project, and perhaps the team avoids associations with Russia due to sanctions and reputational risks.

The mentality of the team is that if the key developers and managers are not from the CIS, they may not take into account local expectations.

Centralization of decisions – despite the decentralization of the blockchain, key updates are often made by a narrow circle of people.

What can be done?
Demand more transparency through the community (Telegram chats, forums, GitHub).

Create your own Russian–language initiatives - pools, dApps, educational projects, in order to be less dependent on the "official" team.

To diversify investments is not to focus only on TON, given the volatility.

If the TON team wants long–term success, it should establish a dialogue with the Russian-speaking community, because it was the community that largely supported the project during difficult times. So far, the feeling of "you don't need us" is really there, and it's sad.

Do you think this is a deliberate policy or just management flaws?
